These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Pure Drop (the "Service"), provided by InovatIQ ("we", "us" or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Using the Service

You are responsible for the accuracy of information entered into the Service, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for activity carried out under your account.

2. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service unlawfully, to attempt unauthorised access to it, or to interfere with its normal operation. We may suspend an account that breaches this section.

4. Your data

Data you enter into the Service remains yours. You may export it at any time, and we will delete our copy on request after your account closes, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable legal obligations.

5. Intellectual property

The Service itself, including its software and branding, is owned by InovatIQ and its licensors. These Terms give you a limited right to use it; they do not transfer ownership.

6. Termination

Either party may end a subscription under the terms agreed at sign-up. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, a serious breach of these Terms, or where required by law.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the update.
