What is Pure Drop?

Pure Drop is software for water refill and delivery stores. It combines a tablet point of sale, a web dashboard for the owner, an app for drivers and a mobile app for customers. All four share one set of products, prices, wallets and customer records, so a sale at the counter and an order in the app are the same order.

Who is Pure Drop for?

It is built for water businesses: refill stations where customers bring their own jars, home and office delivery rounds, and stores that do both. It suits a single shop and scales to several locations under one head office, with reporting that rolls up across them.

Does the till keep working if the internet goes down?

Yes. The point of sale keeps taking sales while the connection is out, queues them on the tablet and syncs them automatically once it is back. Staff do not switch to paper and nothing has to be re-keyed afterwards.

Can customers order refills from their phone?

Yes. The customer app shows their wallet balance, past orders, delivery slots, subscriptions and loyalty points, and it carries a QR code the till scans to pull up their account in one step. The app is published under your own store name.

Does it handle jars, deposits and refills properly?

Yes, and that is the point. Refills, jar sizes, bottle exchanges and refundable deposits are first-class in the point of sale rather than being faked with generic products, so stock and deposit liability stay correct without manual adjustments.

How much does Pure Drop cost?
